My husband picked up tacos from here and they were really great! I don't eat meat, so I had potato, egg, and cheese. I loved the tortillas, salsas, and that they put pico on my tacos! My husband had carne guisada, pork in red salsa, cicharrones in green salsa, and he loved them all! This will definitely be our first pick for where to get breakfast tacos near our house!
I live in Austin, but I ALWAYS have to make at least one stop here while I'm back in town. I love the carne en salsa verde. Their tortillas de harina are also good quality. I think they source them from El Bolillo (which is one of my fav bakery). Portions are very generous and affordable. The cherry on top is that this is a local business. I feel good knowing that my money is being spent on ppl who care about their work.
I'd say this is very authentic Mexican food. My favorite thing is their Picadillo . Probably the best I've ever had (and I lived in San Antonio for 12 years!!). I go there often since I live very close by. Pretty much have liked everything. I've tried ~ with the exception of their tortillas. Don't really care for those at all. Definitely worth trying this place if you love Mexican food.

We found this gem from our neighborhood Facebook group, and had to check it out after all of the recommendations. We came here on 12/29/22, and I see why everyone recommends the Taco House! They have such good breakfast tacos that didn't disappoint. Since moving to Houston I had been looking for a breakfast taco spot like the one back home, and this one slightly reminds me of it (such as being family owned, amazing food/tacos, AUTHENTIC, friendly service, etc.). We ordered the chorizo/egg/cheese, potato/egg/cheese and the Mexican blend. SO GOOD! They stuff the tacos as well so you're getting your monies worth (pretty big tacos). They have an easy set up/way of ordering and fast service. We will definitely be back!
Hands down THE BEST tacos in Spring. I've been to them all and these remind me of weekend mornings, waking up to breakfast and cartoons. They aren't catering to the non- Mexican/Hispanic customers like every other restaurant. These are authentic and DELICIOUS
